Hotel Accommodations & Reservation Policy
Conference Accommodations – February 1 & 2, 2027
As part of the Darktrace SIGNALS Conference registration, Darktrace is pleased to offer two nights of hotel accommodations at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for Monday, February 1, and Tuesday, February 2, 2027. The special conference rate is $199 per night, plus applicable taxes ($225.63 per night, inclusive of tax).
This exclusive rate is available for these two nights only, Monday, February 1, and Tuesday, February 2, 2027.
To take advantage of this special offer, your room reservation must be made by the Darktrace SIGNALS team on your behalf. Your hotel accommodations for February 1 and 2 will be included in your conference registration checkout total. The Darktrace SIGNALS Housing Team will coordinate your reservation directly with Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Pre- and Post-Conference Accommodations:
Attendees wishing to arrive before Monday, February 1, or extend their stay beyond Wednesday, February 3, are responsible for the full cost of any additional hotel nights.
- Additional Night Rate: $374 per night, plus applicable taxes ($424.04 per night, inclusive of tax) *subject to change based on availability.
- Payment: All additional nights will be charged directly to the attendee by Fontainebleau Las Vegas at check-in.
- Availability: Additional nights are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.
Please do not contact Fontainebleau Las Vegas directly to request additional nights, change your arrival or departure dates, or modify your reservation. All reservation requests and changes must be handled through the SIGNALS Housing Team.
Hotel Cancellations, No-Shows & Early Departures:
We understand that travel plans may change. To avoid unnecessary charges, please notify the SIGNALS Housing Team as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
Attendee Financial Responsibility:
Attendees are financially responsible for any hotel charges or penalties resulting from:
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive or check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation.
- Early Departures: Departing before the confirmed checkout date or reducing the reserved length of stay, where hotel penalties apply.
- Additional Nights: Any hotel accommodations outside the designated conference nights of February 1 and 2.
All applicable cancellation, no-show, and early departure charges are the responsibility of the individual attendee, including charges associated with the special conference rate nights.
